AERGOZONE

Boots marked with this symbol have heels and soles equipped with Aergozone™ impact-absorbing technology. This consists of multi-layer EVA and gel pads to distribute and absorb downward force. The Aergozone™ system in the heel helps reduce stress on your feet, knees and back when walking, while the front components help to relieve stress on the ligaments and joints in the knees which often suffer during riding.

 

The Aergozone™ system differs from most other impactabsorbing technologies currently on the market as it concentrates on both the heel and the ball of the foot.

 

 

Our MST advanced™ steel shank with its unique Serratech-flex™ and wider design increases torsion support in the boot whilst at the same time allowing optimal shock absorption in the Gel Tech system.

 

 

This new and unique system offers unsurpassed stability in the stirrup for riders of all levels in every discipline. SCS3 is a system of grooves built into the sole of the boot and on the SCS3 stirrup tread. When these patterns interact, they prevent the foot from slipping forward in the stirrup but allow the rider to pull their foot back easily. This is particularly useful when jumping as the foot has a tendency to slide through or to come out of the stirrup altogether.

 

Four grooves in the sole give a choice of foot position depending on exactly on where you prefer the foot to sit in the stirrup. SCS3 boots can be used with other stirrups and treads on the market and SCS3 stirrups and treads can be used with boots with standard soles. Any SCS3 product can be used on its own but optimum performance is achieved when they are used as a complete system.
